What is well-beINTeam?

Well-beINTeam: “Healthy and productive hybrid workplace environment in small and medium-sized enterprises” is an Erasmus+ project focusing on developing and reinforcing psychological safety and wellbeing in small and medium enterprises in hybrid and remote work through multi-layered initiatives aiming to educate leaders, team members and enterprises as a whole on the key factors and knowledge needed to work towards healthy and effective hybrid workplace environments.

Well-beINTeam’s partnership consists of an international consortium representing 4 countries (Poland, Spain, Cyprus and Italy), with a diverse expertise and knowledge base working towards developing the project’s innovative outputs and accomplishing the project’s objectives and aspirations.

What will we do?

During the 32-month implementation period and beyond, the well-beINTeam partnership will engage in the development of various digital tools and support systems tailored to SMEs and their teams engaged in hybrid work, providing cutting-edge outputs such as:

1. The Psychological Safety Measurement Tool – a psychometric tool for leaders and staff in hybrid teams to assess individual and group perceptions of psychological safety.

2. The Organizational Psychological Safety Measurement Toolbox – an audit tool for team leaders to assess organizational aspects of psychological safety.

3. A web-based interactive learning experience and training programme for Hybrid Harmony – a development programme for hybrid teams

4. A cutting-edge training pack for SME leaders and trainers, who will benefit from the innovative training methodology of the historical role-play, looking to better understand their team dynamics and improve not only their organisation’s wellbeing and psychological safety, but overall efficiency and success.

What has been done?

In February, partners gathered in the beautiful city of Lublin to kick off the project in the first Transnational Partners Meeting, where partners not only got to know each other, but also laid out the guidelines and preparations for development of the project’s various initiatives and outputs.

Development of the project’s Psychological Safety Measurement tool and the Safety toolbox are underway, with partners engaging experts, team leaders and SME employees in the realisation of in-depth surveys and the creation of key contents to analyse psychological safety in team dynamics.

What’s next?

The project is only just getting started, so stay tuned to find out more about the outputs we will create, as well as our infographic Safety Bytes and wellbeing tips and knowledge bursts that will be published on the project website and our social media pages.
