What have we been doing?
Well-beINTeam’s partnership has had a very busy past few months! Since our last newsletter, we have engaged in various phases of content development and user research for key outputs in our project, such as:
- The Psychological Safety Measurement Tool and Safety Toolbox- two diagnostic tools for assessing the perceptions of psychological safety (psychometric tool) and organizational aspects of psychological safety (audit tool). The content of both tools is now almost finalised, ready for the technical development.
- Mapping the areas and needs of users for our Hybrid Harmony platform through receiving direct feedback from the end-users.
- Finalisation of the methodology pack: the analogical role-play to be used for out training pack for SME leaders and trainers.
The progress being made should guarantee that the project’s success and positive momentum carries on into the finalisation of these materials.
The team also launched our first SafetyByte, a bite-sized look at psychological safety, which you can check out here.
What’s next?
Before the summer, and during the next phases of the project, the partnership is engaging users in research to fortify the contents and the strategies to be used in creation of the Hybrid Harmony platform, gathering expert opinions on the type of content that can benefit hybrid teams, from a leadership and a member perspective.
As well, the project’s online tools are in development to provide teams with an internal auditing tool to improve Psychological Safety in an effective and team-friendly way.
