The Psychological Safety Measurement Tool – a psychometric tool for leaders and staff in hybrid teams to assess individual and group perceptions of psychological safety. Upon completion the diagnosis, each user will receive a personalized report and a group report for the whole hybrid team.
The Organizational Psychological Safety Measurement Toolbox – an audit tool for team leaders which aims to assess organizational aspects of psychological safety. This tool will evaluate facts about company structures and practices. It will generate an automatic report for the team leader.
Hybrid Harmony is a dynamic platform designed to foster psychological safety within organizations through engaging, interactive sessions. Far from being passive video content, these sessions encourage active collaboration among employees, creating a space for open dialogue and shared understanding. The result? A measurable improvement in psychological safety across teams, paving the way for a more inclusive, resilient, and high-performing workplace culture.
The Methodology Pack provides an overview on the training scheme/schedule that will enable the proper organization of the teaching and learning activities. It is released as a guideline which will steer the training activities and support the national trainers who will be engaged in the national pilots. It has been conceived to provide organizational, technical and didactic support as well as to share useful information for better understanding the methodology of the historical role-play and the new pedagogical models which can enable and empower its application for training managers and employees and enriching the training offer of VET organizations. It encompasses scientific and literature-based evidence, creating the theoretical framework for the recourse to cohort-based training for the education of management.
